Settlement of [illegible] Balaghi; the document transfers parts of the villages of Tas Kand, Ranquli, Nabi Kandi, and Hisar in exchange for Tirikchi village of Tikan Tappah, including the lands and the fields, and transfers her/his rights to the harvest in exchange for two mans [each man equals three kilograms] of white sugar lumps.

Letter to Imamquli, in which the writer asks for Imamquli's grace. The writer sends black mulberry syrup and eggplants. Imamquli writes in reply that he will not forget the writer and will give him a job, but needs to show his documents to Iʻtisam.

Settlement between Riza Quli Khan and his mother, 1893
The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives. Moreover, after her death, he shall spend fifty tumans of his own money for the funeral expenses. A male slave, named Qanbar, and a female slave, named Tuti, are included in this settlement. Settlement between Aqa ʻAbd al-Rasul and his wife, Khadijah Bibi, 1851
The document reads in part: Aqa ʻAbd al-Rasul has settled all his properties and belongings (except a part of a rice farm) to his wife, Khadijah Bibi (the daughter of Aqa Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi) for 100 dinars and one man (3 kilograms) of wheat. Khadijah Bibi (daughter of Aqa Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi) has additionally settled 40 tumans mahr to her husband, Aqa ʻAbd al-Rasul for 100 dinars and a man (three kilograms) of barley, December, 22, 1851.

Includes issues facing several villages such as in Qaysar Abad village, where Najm al-Saltanah has issue with Karbalayi Mahdiquli, as a tenant, on it crops; the great functionality of a qanat; and increasing prices in Tehran. The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.
